Return & Exchange Policy
Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure you receive only the best quality.
However, if you require any assistance with your order, we’re here to help. Please read below for further details:
1. RETURNS
1.1. We do not offer returns—either domestic or international—unless an incorrect or defective product has been sent. If such an issue arises, kindly email us at motifbychandrayee@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
2. EXCHANGES
2.1. Exchanges are only accepted in cases defective products, or incorrect items received. Unboxing video needs to be shared.
2.2. All exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your parcel.
2.3. If your product is defective or incorrect, please send us an email with supporting images within 48 hours of delivery.
2.4. Email us at motifbychandrayee@gmail.com to initiate your exchange.
2.5. The shipping cost for returning the product to Motif by Chandrayee must be borne by the customer.
2.6. Custom-made products are not eligible for return or exchange.
2.7. We aim to represent all product colors as accurately as possible, but screen differences may lead to slight variations. Hence, no exchanges will be accepted due to color mismatch.
2.8. An order can only be exchanged once.
2.9. Ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with the invoice enclosed.
2.10. The replacement will be dispatched only after the original product is received and inspected for quality.
2.11. International orders are not eligible for exchange.
2.12. Sale items are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
Cancellation Policy is not applicable for Products that are ordered with specific indications like, customization of clothes, and purchase using promotion code or by discount coupon.
3. CANCELLATION POLICY
At Motif by Chandrayee, each piece is made with care and intention, often woven or crafted especially for you. As a small, handcrafted label, we do not offer refunds on cancellations.
However, we understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel an order before it has been processed or dispatched, we will issue you a store credit of the full order amount, which will be added to your credit wallet.
